Offshore Development Centre

Offshore Development Centre

An Offshore Development Centre (ODC) is made up of a dedicated team of programmers and developers who have been hand picked to complement the client's skill set and culture. This customised team works exclusively on behalf of the client at the service provider's site or their own captive site in a secure environment. The infrastructure and security can be designed to meet the client's specific standards and specifications, and may include co-branding. Indeed, the closer the synergy between an ODC and an organization's own IT/development department the better. The ultimate goal is for an ODC to be a seamless extension of the client's IT department.

All of our ODCs are located in Vietnam, fully managed and staffed by our company and our partners. As soon as the client's IT department and our ODC have agreed on the project's scope, we begin the project execution. Since each ODC is dedicated to only one client throughout the length of the project, each team member shows a commitment to the work and embraces the client's goals and business processes. This way, they become a valuable extension of the client's onsite team.

At Ambition+ Custom Solutions, our ODCs always adopt the client's norms, standards, and work environment while maintaining their focus on domain knowledge, skills, and products. The client's needs and requirements are stated explicitly and understood implicitly. Our ODCs deliver top-notch business solutions that improve our clients' bottom-line precisely because we know how to combine our technical skills and business knowledge in proactive ways.

Finally, our ODC professionals always strive adhere to their deadlines, so our clients don't ever have to worry about unexpectedly being left behind their competitors. Our ODS have enough flexibility in resource utilisation to focus their efforts where – and when – they're needed most.
